All Seasons Wellness LLC

Hello, I am Janae Allgire (she, her). I have always been intrigued by the idea of seasons - the ebb and flow of life. Just like nature, we also have seasons. I hold the picture of an evergreen tree in my mind - green through every season. What would it look like if we could be green, be well in every season? That's how I got to the name All Seasons Wellness. I use a client-centered, compassionate, strengths based approach - believing that I can be an ally on your way towards wellness regardless of your current stressors in life and/or mental health challenges. I use a holistic model including examining thoughts, actions, routines and beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. I see individuals ages 12+. I offer in-person sessions in Lancaster PA and virtual sessions for those in Pennsylvania. May you be well no matter the season.
